2014 Team Summer Workout

Summer Workout Note

  • Please be on time for workout, especially the 8:00am workout. The gym opens daily at 7:30am. You can drop your gymnast off up to a 1/2 hour before the start of their workout. Please take advantage of this rather than arriving late.

 

  • We are requesting that you bring a small   ziploc bag of cut up fruit to snack on during your workout. Summer workouts are between 3.5 – 4 hours long and the little bit of fruit may help give the gymnasts an energy boost. Please don’t bring other types of snacks, FRUIT will be the only snack permitted during workout..

 

  • Sorry for any inconvenience, but we are unable to switch any workout schedules this year.
