Enrollment Information

August 25th, 2023 – June 14th, 2024 We will also have two months of summer classes that are a more limited schedule in order to accommodate our summer camp. Summer 2024 Session A & B dates will be determined.

AVERAGE OF 4 CLASS PER MONTH

Class Tuition is budgeted on the fact that the average month has 4 weeks in it. This allows for a Holiday Break in December, Spring Break, as well as a couple closures due to gymnastics competitions hosted at our gym. We do not charge more for ‘long’ months nor less for ‘short’ months. Over the year, all 12 months average four weeks. Even with closures every day of the week has either 37 or 38 classes throughout the school year.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

We don’t do trial classes. We have a “MONEY BACK GUARANTEE”  for first time students. If your child attends their first class and decides it’s not for them, fill out an un-enroll form up to 3 days after their first class, and we will gladly refund the registration fee and tuition, minus the first class they attended. This is for NEW students only, not returning students.

MULTIPLE CLASS DISCOUNT

First class is full price. A 50% Discount will be added to all additional days of class tuition. (2nd Day, 3rd Day, etc.)

REGISTRATION & RE-OCCURRING MONTHLY CHARGES

Park Avenue Gymnastics charges monthly for class tuition. A major credit or debit card is REQUIRED to register for classes. Any time a payment is processed, you will receive an e-mail notification. From time to time, payment amounts may vary as classes are added, dropped, or as the child moves up a level. This may increase or decrease monthly tuition.

Credit card authorization will remain in effect until an un-enroll form is electronically returned it to the gym. At that time, the credit card authorization will be terminated. If for whatever reason, payments cannot be processed then the child’s enrollment in classes will be cancelled. Monthly tuition reminders will NOT be sent. We will contact you if we are unable to process your tuition or if it has not been received. You will have 48 hours to remedy the situation before your child will be dropped from class and someone from the waitlist will be notified of an opening.

DON’T WANT TO PAY BY CREDIT CARD

A major credit or debit card is REQUIRED to register for classes and remain on your account; however you may opt out of our monthly direct debit, by simply paying your tuition using an alternate method of payment at least 24 hours in advance of the 15th and your card on file will not be charged. You can also log in to your parent portal and run your credit card yourself.

We accept all major credit cards: VISA / MASTERCARD / DISCOVER /AMERICAN EXPRESS If you’d prefer to pay by Cash or Check, just bring it in prior to the 14th of the month so your credit card on file doesn’t get charged.

ACCOUNT CREDIT

Credits must be used within one year from date given or they will expire. Account credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a credit is past one year, please do not ask to have it reinstated. No exceptions!

UN-ENROLLMENT POLICY & PROCEDURE

You cannot un-enroll in the middle of a month. You can only un-enroll for an upcoming month.

To un-enroll from a class, please fill out an un-enroll form. Un-enroll must be requested from the front office and will be emailed to you. We must receive the electronic form back by the 14th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month of gymnastics classes.

Once cards have been charged on the 15th of the month, no refunds will be given, only account credits! Account credits are good for one year from the date given. Account credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

MAKE-UP CLASSES
Make-ups classes are a courtesy and are subject to availability. Classes must be made up within two months of when the class was missed. We have “make-up” classes available on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings. Make-up classes are co-ed classes and are split by age. We will no longer be doing make-ups Monday-Thursday.
Your child’s enrollment must be current to do a make-up. Example: An October absence can be made up in November, as long as you are enrolled in November classes.
All make-ups must be scheduled through the office.
There are NO make-ups for Team Members!

  • We plan and provide a place for your child in a class; therefore, missed classes cannot be deducted from tuition.
  • Please check in at the front desk when you arrive for your make-up class.
  • Overuse of make-ups negatively affects classes. Please honor the spirit of this privilege and use it only for illness, holidays, and emergencies.

LIVE STREAMING THROUGH SPOT TV

We are very proud to have SPOT TV to access cameras throughout our gym. You can create an account, search for Park Avenue Gymnastics and request to be approved. Then you will be able to enjoy password protected viewing of your gymnast from any phone, tablet or computer screen. Please be advised that if a screenshot is detected, “SPOT TV” will lock you out of the system as a precaution. This is to keep the children safe.

PHOTOS TAKEN DURING CLASS

Photos and videos are taken at Park Avenue Gymnastics facilities and are used for marketing to our clients (newsletters, facility flyers and posters, Facebook, Instagram and Park Avenue Website, etc.). We will not have names printed with the photos of children.

HURRICANES CLOSURE

In the event of a hurricane, we will follow the same closures as Broward County Public Schools.

NOT PERMITTED

No alcohol or smoking (including E-Cigarettes) is allowed in the building.

SERVICE ANIMALS

We do not allow pets in the building; only service animals. Please make sure your service animals are kept close to you and have a clearly marked vest on. Animals without proper licensing will not be permitted. Please be aware we may ask what service the animal is trained to perform and if they are required for a disability.

REQUEST A CLASS

New classes may be started for 3 or more students if a teacher is available. Inquire at the front desk.

TEACHER CHANGE OR COMBINED CLASSES

  • Teachers are subject to change without notice.
  • Classes may be combined without notice.
