We plan to open the gym tomorrow, October 10th at noon. We will be watching the weather closely and will delay our opening, if necessary. We expect that all afternoon classes and team workout will be back to normal tomorrow.

Due to the Tropical Storm Warning - All morning classes are canceled on Thursday, September 26th. We have decided to wait for the 11:00am advisory before making a decision about the afternoon classes, but we are “HOPING” to be open. We will send out an email after 11:00am confirming this.
