Co-ed Recreational Gymnastics

Co-ed Recreational Gymnastics is a 55 minute, introductory recreational gymnastics class for boys & girls ages 5-12. In this class, your child will have fun while learning and building upon basic gymnastics skills, flexibility, strength, coordination and balance. The self-esteem, confidence and friendships she will discover in this class will benefit her developing gymnastics foundation as well as his/her outside social activities.

Session B: October 14th – December 7th, 2013

We will be closed 2 days during Session B. Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday) November 28 & 29, 2013. The gym will close early on Thursday, October 31st at 5:30pm for Halloween. All classes will be credited.
