• All Meet Entries must be made through USAG Meet Reservations.
• Mail hard copy and a check payable to Park Avenue Gymnastics.
• Mailed to:

• Event may fill prior to listed deadlines, at which time registration will close.

Refund Policy

• August 10th is the final day full refunds are issued.
• Substitutions are accepted up to 30 days prior to an event start date.
• Injury refunds (50% of entry fee) issued with doctor’s note up to 30 days prior to event start date.
